 Terrible service, the buses break down every so often, they don't leave on time, the drivers are rude and they use the cell phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No deben permitir que entre gente a pedir dinero, en su mayoria son señoras con niños y jovenes, esta ultima vez mas de 4 personas me atracaron, y con un extra de que una de ellas me volvio a pedir de nuevo.

Before it was a very good line but they have allowed their buses to age and the same for the waiting room, they no longer have a bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre los boletos en linea con sus respectivos asientos numerados , desde 15 dias antes de la salida y no respetaron el lugar, los vendieron el dia de la salida, comentaron que su sistema los duplico y nos tuvimos que sentar en otros asientos separados para no levantar a dos personas de la tarcera edad.
Pesimo servicio en linea, no tiene caso comprarlos con anticipación y no fui el unico al que le paso en ese momento.
Buy tickets online with their respective numbered seats, from 15 days before departure and they did not respect the place, they sold them on the day of departure, they commented that their system duplicated them and we had to sit in other separate seats so as not to get up two people of the late age.
Terrible online service, there is no point in buying them in advance and I was not the only one that happened at that time.

I bought a ticket to travel to Mexico City at 5 AM it is 5:40 and the bus has not yet arrived and no one gives information or faces, irresponsible company is not the first time often they do it
