★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, los camiones a Jilotepec salen cada dos horas y van muy llenos, me tuve que ir parado todo el viaje, además los días sábado por ejemplo mandan algunos camiones extras pero en ocasiones no pasan y se retrasa demasiado tu viaje, no es la primera vez que me sucede.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el horario es terrible,no puede se que cada dos horas, a Jilotepec, tarda 3 horas, cuando se tendría que hacer 1:45 minutos, los llenan a más no poder, no hay suficiente aire para respirar, el chófer al dar el boleto tarda demasiado, toda vez que el sistema es arcaico, hablo de la ruta de Jilotepec a Toluca y viseversa, y los utilizan como colectivos, pasan a todos lo pueblos, cuando debería ser directo, es un pesi.o servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaja la cajera se estaba durmiendo, falta poner más información de las líneas que ahí venden sus boletos ya que me vendieron a San Juan del rio y paso uno pero que según no era el boleto y resulta que ahí se vende Pegasso y Flecha Roja, y no hay nada que indique que son dos líneas en fin muy mala organización de esa mini terminal.
