No puedes modificar tu itinerario y nadie te apoya ni en Call Center ni en taquillas de la Central de Autobuses y los supervisores no se interesan por resolver nada, el trato al cliente es pésimo y prefieren colgarte el teléfono o dejarte hablando solo que buscar una solución. Muy lamentable porque no volveré a viajar con Autovías y no los recomiendo.
 Buying online is a complete scam !! You cannot modify your itinerary and no one supports you either at the Call Center or at the Central de Autobuses ticket offices and the supervisors are not interested in solving anything, the customer service is terrible and they prefer to hang up the phone or leave you talking alone than to find a solution . Very unfortunate because I will not travel with Autovías again and I do not recommend them.
