★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Aire acondicionado a todo lo que da, hacía un frío tremendo. Los autobuses bastante sucios y malolientes. Encima de todo, tienen absurdas políticas que no permiten cambios en el caso de que se hagan reservaciones por Internet. No hay otra línea que conecte con el lugar de destino. Por gusto no iría con Autovías jamás.
Terrible service. Air conditioning to everything that it gives, it was very cold. Buses quite dirty and smelly. Above all, they have absurd policies that do not allow changes in the event that reservations are made online. There is no other line that connects with the place of destination. For pleasure I would not go with Autovías ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recibimos un pésimo servicio. Viaje de Morelia a Toluca.
A mí familiar le dijeron le vendieron el boleto diciéndole que iba a llegar a Toluca, cuando tomo el autobús solo le dijo el chofer "te dejo en el Chedraui es mi única parada".
Hablé para pedir información y tardaron más de media en resolver, pedí una explicación argumentando que como vendían un boleto sin conocer si llegaba o no a la terminal, me dijeron que el autobús iba a la terminal de Observatorio y que solo hacia parada en un punto de venta que se encontraba ABIERTO TODA LA NOCHE, me dieron la dirección y la hora de llegada.
Cuando llegamos vimos al autobús estácionado, pero creímos que iba a dar la vuelta, ya que nos dijeron que la parada era en módulo y este se encontraba dirección Atlacomulco y esperamos frente al módulo de venta el cual estaba CERRADO.
DEJARON A MI PRIMA BAJO EL PUENTE DE ALFREDO DEL MAZO (DIRECCION CENTRO) EN UNA ESQUINA DONDE NO HABIA NADA (CUANDO UNOS 100 METROS ATRAS SE ENCUENTRA UNA GASOLINERIA). LO QUE SI HABIA ERA UNA CAMIONETA QUE SE FUE EN CUANTO LLEGAMOS.
We received a terrible service. Travel from Morelia to Toluca.
They told my relative they sold the ticket telling him that he was going to get to Toluca, when he took the bus the driver only told him "I'll drop you off at Chedraui, it's my only stop."
I spoke to ask for information and they took more than half to solve, I asked for an explanation arguing that since they sold a ticket without knowing whether or not it arrived at the terminal, they told me that the bus was going to the Observatorio terminal and that it only stopped at one point sales office that was OPEN ALL NIGHT, they gave me the address and arrival time.
When we arrived we saw the bus parked, but we thought it was going to turn around, since they told us that the stop was at the module and it was in the direction of Atlacomulco and we waited in front of the sales module which was CLOSED.
THEY LEFT MY COUSIN UNDER THE ALFREDO DEL MAZO BRIDGE (CENTER DIRECTION) ON A CORNER WHERE THERE WAS NOTHING (WHEN A GAS STATION IS FOUND ABOUT 100 METERS BACK). WHAT IF THERE WAS A TRUCK THAT LEFT AS SOON AS WE ARRIVED.
