★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues todo está bien solo que a veces aunq no haya gente les dices que si te checan los códigos y si no quieren te dicen que no sirve la máquina pero si mejoran eso puede ser mejor su atención
 Well, everything is fine, except that sometimes, even if there are no people, you tell them that if they check the codes and if they don't want to, they tell you that the machine doesn't work, but if they improve that, their attention may be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia de satisfacción de compra y Posterior a la misma es muy mala, por los siguientes motivos:
▪️El teléfono no lo contestan por lo que tienes que ir a ser atendido a la sucursal.
▪️El tiempo de espera para ser atendido no es aceptable ya que incluso con la tienda vacía no hay personal suficiente para mostrador.
▪️Los inventarios no los tienen actualizados en diversas ocasiones no cuentan con producto que si les aparece en su sistema pero no en almacén.
▪️La capacitación del personal es aceptable, sin embargo los criterios para el cambio por garantía y/o reposición de piezas deja mucho a deber.
▪️La calidad de su marca( DURALAST) es pésima después de muchas vueltas he logrado reponer x garantía las piezas, sin embargo siguen sin cumplir las espectativas.
The purchase satisfaction experience and after it is very bad, for the following reasons:
▪️ They don't answer the phone so you have to go to the branch to be attended to.
▪️ The waiting time to be served is not acceptable since even with the store empty there are not enough staff for the counter.
▪️ Inventories do not have them updated on several occasions they do not have a product that appears in their system but not in stock.
▪️ Staff training is acceptable, however the criteria for exchange for warranty and / or replacement of parts leaves much to be owed.
▪️The quality of your brand (DURALAST) is terrible after many laps I have managed to replace the pieces with a guarantee, however they still do not meet expectations.
