Seré honesto como siempre y Devo decir que apesar de la muy muy malas experiencias en veces anteriores y como lo comenté antes este lugar era nefasto en servicio al cliente y como debe de ser la honestidad primero Devo decir que está vez me sorprendió el ver qué hay una atención mucho mejor que antes especialmente de un trabajador ahí no se si es nuevo gerente o trabajador se piso el sr es alto de lentes en verdad que buena actitud amable respetuoso servicial, mejoro la experiencia y no doy 5 estrellas por qué por desgracia es el único con esa actitud, los demás trabajadores pues como siempre apáticos mal encarados y con malos modos que lástima que ala gente de Calera no les den capacitación de servicio al cliente ... Así que te recomiendo que te dirijas a este trabajador si vas a esa sucursal se que lo distingiras rápido ya que desde la entrada te saluda muy entusiasta y amable , muy bien AUTO ZONE más trabajadores así y del otro personal pues si no les gusta su trabajo que busquen algo que le apasione por qué se nota lo infelices que son trabajando ahí ...(eso no sucede en otras sucursales,) Ojalá existan más personas como ese sr que no pregunté su nombre pero lo distingiras rápidamente al entrara ahí .
