Intenté pagar una compra con TC el dispositivo "contactless" indicaba que la compra era rechazada, intenté con otra tarjeta y pasó lo mismo, le pedí que usara otra terminal, un poco renuente el cajero la usa y listo, pasa la tarjeta. Improve staff training and retention. Pero el señor Luis, señor de barba pésimo servicio, se niega a dar servicio y lo más triste que al tomar la llamada, su trato es déspota. Por José y Montse y otros dos jóvenes más doy 5 estrellas. J	Juan Carlos Sanz Sainz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 17 de abril del 2022 en la tienda autozone Irrigacion Celaya, me atendieron deficientemente y dejaron mucho que desear de sus dos empleados, una llamada Sandra y otro joven de camisa Roja no quisieron hacerme la factura, ni buscarme un aceite en su sistema, lo tuve que buscar en Google y yo mismo darles el SKU, yo no sé si fueron capacitados como en todas sus tiendas porq tienen muy buen personal, en esta tienda no regreso ni la recomendare ,gracias. On April 17, 2022 at the autozone Irrigacion Celaya store, they treated me poorly and left much to be desired from their two employees, one named Sandra and another young man in a red shirt, they did not want to invoice me, nor did they want to look for an oil in their system, I had to Google it and give them the SKU myself, I don't know if they were trained as in all their stores because they have very good staff, in this store I will not return nor will I recommend it, thank you.
