El ambiente es bueno, huele bien, muy limpio, sanitizado.
Los trabajadores muy atentos, amables y siempre buscan darte solución a las cosas.
El envío a talleres es rápido y sí no es la refacción con muestra te lo cambian (obviamente sí es más caro se eleva el precio, pero sí es más barato también te devuelven la diferencia).
En el caso de garantías, sí cumplen, siempre y cuando no vengan los productos alterados, golpeados etc.
En el caso de productos remanufacturados, son de excelente calidad, y son a cambio, por lo que sale más económico.
Además que te pueden igualar precios siempre y cuando sea comprobable y que la tienda así lo permita.
