★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lastima que la gente que te están atendiendo no tienen experiencia en buscar las piezas ni el gerente que ví hoy fui a buscar un balero y el los busca como juntas y no los encontró asta que le busque y mostré código y todo con mi celular en la página de AutoZone es lamentable que no agan su venta por no conocer y también pues ya que no nos ayudan con nuestras piezas
It's a shame that the people who are serving you have no experience in looking for the parts, nor does the manager I saw today go looking for a bearing and he looks for them like gaskets and didn't find them until I looked for him and showed the code and everything with my cell phone on the AutoZone page it is unfortunate that they do not make their sale because they do not know and also because they do not help us with our parts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ en general el personal no te da el plus que debería, te atienden muy a penas o no de buena gana, necesitan una capacitación y mejorar el servicio al cliente del cual ése tipo de refaccionarias o cualquier negocio de ventas se mantiene pero no cuidan al cliente, es una verdadera pena al ser una tienda de excelencia en Estados Unidos.
In general, the staff does not give you the plus that it should, they serve you very poorly or not willingly, they need training and improve customer service from which that type of auto parts store or any sales business is maintained but they do not take care of the customer , it is a real shame to be a store of excellence in the United States.
