★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al personal le falta mejorar su atención al cliente, casi casi tienes que insistirles que te atiendan :( Si ya conoces el lugar y sabes perfectamente a lo que vas, sólo necesitarás que te cobren y no habrá mayor problema :)
The staff needs to improve their customer service, you almost have to insist that they serve you :( If you already know the place and you know exactly what you are going for, you will only need to be charged and there will be no major problem :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store to buy windshield wipers. There were 3 employees that I could see and one other customer. No employee even acknowledged me. I needed help to pick the correct wipers for my truck. I asked one employee for help. He grunted at me and pointed to an aisle. I approached another employee, told him the make and model. He didn't consult a chart, just walked to the windshield wipers and handed me two. I paid, went home and installed. They are not the correct ones. Due to the rudeness, lack of knowledge of the products and general indifference to the customer, I will not go back to any AutoZone and will freely share my story with others.
