Fui a cambiar la batería de mi auto y el vendedor al ver la batería que traía mi carro dijo que esa marca todavía podía ofrecer garantía, lo reviso en la computadora y sí, tenía garantía. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta el día de hoy me siguen teniendo de cliente, aunque algunos precios si son más altos, la atención la comodidad (estacionamiento disponible) y la variedad de productos lo compensa.
Adicional ya en un par de ocasiones ocupe de urgencia una llave y herramienta sencilla y me la prestaron sin inconveniente y sin necesidad de compra alguna, eso señores es atención.
To this day they continue to have me as a customer, although some prices are higher, the attention, comfort (parking available) and the variety of products compensates for it.
In addition, on a couple of occasions I urgently needed a key and a simple tool and they lent it to me without inconvenience and without the need for any purchase, that, gentlemen, is attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron bien. El gerente estuvo al pendiente de los clientes que estaban en ese momento. Espero volver a visitarlos. No le pongo las 5 estrellas porque se tardaron mucho en atender siendo que, al menos mi percepción, había 3 empleados haciendo "nada" en las computadoras.
They treated me well. The manager was aware of the customers who were at that time. I hope to visit them again. I don't give it 5 stars because it took a long time to attend to it since, at least in my perception, there were 3 employees doing "nothing" on the computers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean store. But if you don't speak spanish they are not smart enought to know what a translater says. I asked for a serpentine belt for a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer over and over again several different ways and they kept trying to sell me a seat belt so I finally showed them a picture of a serpentine belt on an engine on Google on my phone. Very depressing knowing people in the auto industry here in Mexico are that ignorant. Auto parts stores don't even sell seat belts.
