Hello, I always thought that autozone is excellent, however, on Friday, April 29, I went to the one located in forjadores with the purpose of acquiring a refrigerant gas and I asked one of those who attend the place, help to apply it in a my car to which he replied that they were not dedicated to doing that, it seemed strange to me since on other occasions when I asked for help they were very attentive, so I tell them this so that they check their staff and not lose the excellent image you have, thanks for your attention

DISAPPOINTING the attention provided in this branch, it is not the first time that it happens to me but due to proximity, comfort and sometimes urgency it is the store that I am passing through, the employees, especially 3 people in particular, are rude. Today they did not want to sell me an oil alleging that it would leave them without change (a man in a gray shirt). It's incredible or I don't know if it's a personal situation, but whenever I go they behave very rudely. The only nice person was a guy who greeted me apparently new, from then on EVERYONE is rude. I have a terrible image of this store and its people.... Update May 21, 2022. The administration changed and we found a completely different store, everyone was friendly, attentive, the turn this store took is incredible. The manager is super attentive and respectful, the other ladies and young men are equally super attentive, perhaps aligned with what their manager asks of them, definitely I get a great impression when I return to this branch. Now it looks cleaner and tidier, with visible prices and promotions, excellent change!
