★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought items back and the General Manger refused to return items even though we had the receipts and have returned items to other AutoZones recently. He made an excuse about a new payment system, but couldn't tell us when the system changed. This is horrible customer service. I won't be back to this store even if I have to drive across Guadalajara!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff. I have visited several times. This time bought lower radiator hose and clamps. The clamps were in a sealed package so the size was a guess. We guessed wrong and the mechanic had to substitute larger clamps. I took the smaller clamps bqck and they cheerfully refunded my money wven though the package had been torn open. Excellent service. Also bought engine oil and looked at pepper ? spray key chains.
