I asked for a civic oil filter they gave me one for an accord. These guys working there know nothing about cars. I tried to return the unused unopened oil filter in exchange for the right one and they tried to swindle me and make me pay for TWO oil filters. The workers are very rude and even started yelling at me that the "computer says it so that's what it is" they only follow the computer and don't know anything about cars. I told him their computer registry is wrong that the filter he gave me is for an accord not a civic but he was very angry and didn't help at all. I will be calling corporate office and filing a formal complaint because the way they speak to some customers is unacceptable. Besides you are better off going to a local parts store anyways. Autozone is over priced and the service is not there. At least in america i can return a part without a receipt as long as i have identification. Here in mexico its a scam. They purposely give you the wrong parts and make you come back to pay for more. Ill never go back.

My first time there and they were very thorough. They had exactly what I needed and helped me put it on my car.
