Estuve preguntando por algunos piezas y nunca supieron orientarme si podían ser compatibles con mi vehículo, me dijeron "traiga sus piezas" "No sabría decirle"... despues de tanto compre 2 amortiguadores, después de pagar me dicen, solo le daremos 1, porque sólo tenemos 1 en existencia, el otro pase x el, el lunes a las 2pm o valla a recogerlo a la sucursal de Carrizal el martes desp de las 5pm, estuve en la tienda un viernes ... de entrada me saco de onda que no supieran q onda con lo de las piezas q me hacían falta pero tambien entiendo que no son mecánicos expertos, pero si me puso de malas que me hayan cobrado un articulo que ni tenian en existencia y encima de eso, que me toque esperar... Este punto creo q deben de mencionarlo antes de...
En otras ocasiones he comprado en la sucursal de Carrizal y de tierra colorada y si la persona q me esta atendiendo desconoce de lo q le hablo, pregunta con sus compañeros, la chica q esta de encargada en Carrizal mis respetos! Nada que ver con el tipo que me atendió esta ocasión en esta otra sucursal! Tache X Tache X
My experience in this branch was very unpleasant! I was asking about some parts and they never knew how to guide me if they could be compatible with my vehicle, they told me "bring your parts" "I couldn't tell you"... after so much buying 2 shock absorbers, after paying they tell me, we will only give you 1, because we only have 1 in stock, the other pass by him, on Monday at 2pm or pick it up at the Carrizal branch on Tuesday after 5pm, I was in the store on a Friday... They did not know what was up with the parts that I needed but I also understand that they are not expert mechanics, but it did make me angry that they charged me for an item that they did not even have in stock and on top of that, I had to wait... I think this point should be mentioned before...
On other occasions I have bought at the Carrizal and Tierra Colorado branch and if the person who is attending me does not know what I am talking about, ask with his colleagues, the girl who is in charge in Carrizal my respects! Nothing to do with the guy who helped me this time at this other branch! Cross X Cross X
