★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención solo que no todos los empleados están capacitados para la atención al cliente. Primero me atendió uno que dijo que no había lo que yo buscaba. Después de buscar en otros lugares volví y en menos de dos minutos me vendió otro empleado lo que anteriormente me habían dicho que no había.
 Good service only that not all employees are trained for customer service. First I was attended by one who said that there was not what I was looking for. After looking in other places I returned and in less than two minutes another employee sold me what I had previously been told there was not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy me toco un buen sercicio en la sucursal Centenario, dónde no había lo que buscaba pero me dijeron que en la Suc. Macario Gaxiola si había, a lo que me dieron un papelito sacado del sistema donde se eapecificaba la refacción que solicité y me dirigí al Gaxiola, dónde recibí una pésima atención, le entregué el papelito al despachador y me salió con que no entendía mudos, pésimo servicio de parte de esa persona!!..
Today I got a good service at the Centenario branch, where there was not what I was looking for but they told me that at the Suc. Macario Gaxiola if there was, to which they gave me a piece of paper taken from the system where the part I requested was specified and I went to Gaxiola, where I received terrible attention, I gave the piece of paper to the dispatcher and he told me that he did not understand mute, terrible service from that person!!..
