★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a ver si me apoyaban con el cambio de un artículo comprado días antes en otra ciudad. Y el Gerente de la tienda me ayudó aún cuando ya no tenía ni la caja ni el ticket.
Me sorprendió porque eso es raro en México.

I went to see if they would support me with the exchange of an item bought days before in another city. And the Store Manager helped me even though I no longer had the box and the receipt.
I was surprised because that is rare in Mexico.
