★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En sus comerciales dicen que tienen todo tipo de refacciones pero realmente no, solo tienen para autos más comerciales y comunes yo tengo un Dodge verna y no tuvieron ni una refacción de como cinco que necesitaba y ni por encargó me las consiguen
 In their commercials they say that they have all kinds of spare parts but not really, they only have more commercial and common cars. I have a Dodge verna and they didn't have a single spare part out of the five that I needed and they don't even get them for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de área Comercial servicio a talleres, Tardan bastante en cotizar y atender llamadas he llegado ha marcar hasta 5 a 6 veces sin éxito mejor mando al cliente. El trato es básico requieren capacitación en atención al cliente..... Área de piso excelente siempre contestan al segundo tono la atención en buena y atenta y cotizan con más rapidez y precios exactos casi no tienen equivocacion en cotizar piezas... Área piso muy recomendable y área comercial trabajar más sobre los empleados en su actitud y adtitud.. gracias su stock les doy un 10 casi tienen todo lo que he comprado oh requerido.. recomiendo la marca DURALAST..
Terrible service by the Commercial area service to workshops, They take a long time to quote and answer calls, I have dialed up to 5 to 6 times without success, I better send the customer. The treatment is basic they require training in customer service..... Excellent floor area they always answer on the second ring the service is good and attentive and they quote faster and exact prices they hardly have mistakes in quoting parts... Floor area highly recommended and commercial area to work more on the employees in their attitude and attitude... thanks to their stock I give them a 10 they almost have everything I have bought oh required... I recommend the DURALAST brand...
