★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 110 to 12 volt converter that turned out not to be the thing I needed and they allowed me to return it. Gave me my money back. So I'm happy with the Puerto Escondido AutoZone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok. Staff are friendly. Basic auto supplies. Would be nice if they would go that extra mile to order parts for you that they don't have in store. I needed an H13 bulb I ended up getting it from Canada because someone we know was flying down. AutoZone could of found it and ordered for me but chose not to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse Autozone, I went to buy a 4-wheeler battery was running errands all day, I was excited to finally get home to install my 4-wheeler battery ended up being that you need to refill the battery cells with acid and recharged for like 3hrs well they never told me that..in autozone they should of at least inform me. Is not like I got a recharge battery station at home. Come on customer service you'r better than that.
