★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco personal, me vendieron un limpia parabrisas con un mecanismo distinto al que mi auto necesita y el asesor fue quien lo instalo, despues cuando lave el auto note que El limpia parabrisas se caia.
 Little staff, they sold me a windshield wiper with a different mechanism than the one my car needs and the advisor was the one who installed it, later when I washed the car I noticed that the windshield wiper fell off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden bien y son amables, las refacciones son caras $500 o $600 más que en mercado libre, pero ante las circunstancias que tiene uno y de la necesidad por el tiempo de arreglar el automóvil no queda de otra más que comprar en este lugar. Si tienen tiempo compren sus refacciones en otro lado ya que si es muy caro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buena la tienda pero el personal que atiende es un poco imprudente. Al tener gran cantidad de productos uno como cliente requiere de cierto tiempo para seleccionar los productos o leer las características de los mismos, el personal de esta sucursal constantemente interrumpe y no deja que el cliente seleccione los artículos que desea comprar al grado de que algunas cosas mejor ya no comprarlas o verlas debido a la actitud de los empleados. Hasta donde tengo entendido es un sistema de autoservicio pero creo que ellos no lo comprenden. Por otro lado a la hora de querer pagar entonces desaparecen y nadie atiende. Las tienda muy bien la actitud de los que trabajan ahí no.

El personal te ayuda a buscar, pero siempre siento que aquí también se entra mucho a ver, ya que hay mucha variedad de producto.
✅ Casi siempre hay promociones, en esta ocasión tocó comprar aceite y nos Regalaron el filtro.
✅ Nos equivocamos de filtro y con ticket en mano, no los cambiaron.
Prefiero esta sucursal a la que está en plaza del parque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stores are similar to the ones in the US most products are high quality but there is some other products that are substandard to the lowest point, like there is not full synthetic oils, no additives like sea foam or mystery oil, and some other products. Improvement needed!!! Manager lost like dog in a carnival. Ask him for windshield washer hose And he told me go to a fish tank supply store and get it there. He's out of knowledge what can you expect from lower rank employees. That's crazy!!!!
