★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! No compren las baterías de auto ahí!!! He comprado baterías para autos diferentes y se inflan y ya no cargan bien al año, al ir a hacer válida la garantía no aparecen en el sistema porque al parecer cada cierto tiempo borran los datos, aunque llevé la factura la encargada de la tienda no me la quería hacer válida porque no aparecían mis datos en el sistema!
Terrible service! Don't buy car batteries there!!! I have bought batteries for different cars and they inflate and no longer charge well after a year, when I go to validate the guarantee they do not appear in the system because apparently every so often they delete the data, although I took the invoice, the store manager did not tell me I wanted to make it valid because my data did not appear in the system!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenían horario hasta las 9pm y llegué a las 8 en punto para buscar algo que necesitaba al no encontrarlo pregunté y me dijeron que tendrían que buscar en el sistema pero que no podían porque ya cerraron... Si el horario que tienen ahí es hasta las nueve y lo que buscaba no es de gran ciencia... PESIMO SERVICIO.... Es mejor en la sucursal de Rómulo Garza que está por Hacienda los Morales, excelente servicio!
They had hours until 9pm and I arrived at 8 o'clock to look for something that I needed, since I couldn't find it, I asked and they told me that they would have to look in the system but that they couldn't because they already closed... If the hours they have there are until nine and what I was looking for is not rocket science... TERRIBLE SERVICE... It is better at the Rómulo Garza branch that is by Hacienda los Morales, excellent service!
