★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location close by Bellas Artes, but the first 3 floors belongs to Mexican Investigation Bureau (PGR) so you need to keep driving more floors to start looking for a spot. There is one guy asking for money so you can park in a PGR spot, so please skip that guy. Elevators were not working, so not a big deal to go up and down 5 or 6 floors. Worth only 2 stars, there are better parking garages around. People is lazy and all family wait in the lobby to ride into the car, causing a lot of jam when you're trying to get out.
