Hay muchos topes porque no se respeta la velocidad ni el paso a peatones algunos sí ceden el paso al peaton en tiempo de lluvias hay partes que se inundan por falta de drenaje pero es la única entrada o salida que hay en esta área.
It is an avenue that was not designed for heavy traffic or during peak hours. Some motorists do not respect traffic lights. There are many stops because the speed or the passage to pedestrians is not respected. Some do give way to the pedestrian in the rainy season. There are parts that are flooded due to lack of drainage, but it is the only entrance or exit that exists in this area.
