★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable. Se supone que cuando tú o yo contratamos a un perito valuador, éste debe presentarse en el inmueble y hacer su trabajo.
No hacerlo a través de fotos y sólo por internet. Tampoco se supone que deba envíar a su asistente. El que se supone que tiene los estudios y el permiso para hacer avaluos es él.
Mejor busquen por otro lado, ahora ¿quieren un tip? Su trabajo consiste en llamar a 4 propiedades en venta por la zona y comparar el precio. Eso es todo. No desperdicien su dinero como nosotros hicimos.
Nothing recommendable. When you or I hire an appraiser, you're supposed to show up at the property and do your job.
Do not do it through photos and only online. You are also not supposed to send your assistant. The one who is supposed to have the studies and the permission to make appraisals is him.
Better look elsewhere, now do you want a tip? Your job is to call 4 properties for sale in the area and compare the price. That is all. Don't waste your money like we did.
