★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal, el día de la cita el valuador llego 1 hora tarde. En el reporte final las características del terreno no coinciden, incluyen una avenida que ni existe. Se envió una carta de inconformidad y pues nada, solo dicen mañana, mañana y en la oficina dicen una cosa y el asesor otra. De verdad que fue muy mala experiencia trabajar con estos señores. Pesimo. El valor que dan al inmueble es muchísimo mayor que los que ponen en el estudio de mercado cuando estos están claramente en condiciones y ubicación mejor. No queremos que el avalúo salga a modo que nos convenga, siempremente que hay muchos detalles que hacen dudar de la veracidad y profesionalismo.
Wrong, on the day of the appointment the appraiser arrived 1 hour late. In the final report the characteristics of the land do not coincide, they include an avenue that does not even exist. They sent a letter of disagreement and then nothing, they only say tomorrow, tomorrow and in the office they say one thing and the adviser says another. It really was very bad experience working with these gentlemen. Appalling. The value they give to the property is much greater than those they put in the market study when they are clearly in better condition and location. We do not want the appraisal to come out in a way that suits us, as long as there are many details that make us doubt the veracity and professionalism.
