La sucursal de Chihuahua que es la matriz está de lujo, me gustaría que le de Cd, Juárez estuviera así. j	jose luis Contreras ruiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cada dia estan peor......llamas y siempre contestan en un lugar de México diferente o personal nuevo que no sabe nada de nada y tardan en atender los siglos hasta por un vinil, quise hacer compras en la pagina para evitar estos malos ratos y la página no sirve para nada. no deja finalizar el pedido y la única que vez que lo logre tarde mas de 1 hora. ya no me aceptan pagos en efectivo si me mandan al negocio como si el dinero q les llega en efectivo no valiera. quise dejar cheques y ahora resulta que tengo q ir a depositar y esperar a que lo cobren hasta 24 horas o si es viernes hasta el Lunes. en decir que si me urge les vale. tienen mucha ratocion de personal de ventas y eso afecta a los clientes que necesitamos gente q sepa lo que vende. es una lástima porque son proveedores de buenas marcas lastima q ya no tengan disponibilidad ni personal con experiencia every day they are worse ...... calls and they always answer in a different place in Mexico or new staff who do not know anything about anything and take centuries to attend even for a vinyl, I wanted to make purchases on the page to avoid these bad guys moments and the page is useless. T	Teresilla Luna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuestión de materiales y herramientas tienen un gran surtido pero en cuestión de como llevan su facturación dejan mucho que desear, tuve mucho rato pidiendo me cancelaran una factura y en su lugar hicieron una nota de crédito para contrarrestar esta, aún sabiendo que ante el SAT no es viable y aunque les hice el comentario no hicieron el movimiento y tanto La factura mal realizada y la nota siguen vigentes ojala les hagan alguna aclaración para que mejoren este tipo de detalles y asi volverlos a tener como proveedores. In terms of materials and tools they have a large assortment but in terms of how they manage their billing they leave much to be desired, I spent a long time asking them to cancel an invoice and instead they made a credit note to offset it, even knowing that before the SAT it is not viable and although I made the comment they did not make the move and both the poorly made invoice and the note are still valid, hopefully they will make some clarification so that they improve this type of detail and thus have them again as suppliers.
