I do not recommend at all in this place, they burned our skin, after 11 sessions (1 year) we did not have good results, they argue that you need up to "20" to see good results, they are despots, do not waste your money, it is very expensive for what they really do to you, it hurts a lot and they don't care they think you complain in vain, they don't put ice on you or anything, appointments are often not respected, I had to finish the 11 sessions because I had already paid close to 10 thousand pesos and obviously it became a commitment to go, the last three months we no longer wanted to go because we were not getting results and due to the attitude of your receptionist it ended up becoming a stress to go, the worst wasted of money!

It is a very unhygienic place, they don't change the towels where you lie down or anything. They don't clean anything. They do not give you cream to put on the application area or ice so that it does not hurt (as in other places) the treatment does not work, all the hair grows back and it hurts a lot! Don't really waste your money.

I am quite satisfied with the results and the service. The staff is very friendly, they know the subject and answer your questions.

I have tried in many depilation clinics and in none have I obtained good results like in this place. The prices are accessible especially when it is your anniversary, because you can get great discounts. The attention is personalized "unique experience", the treatments to avoid pain are delicate and adequate. The place is spacious and always clean. The only bad thing is that Letty no longer takes care of me, she took care of me for a long time. I'm sorry you have lost such a good element. I hope to continue receiving the same quality of service as she did :)

I will definitely not recommend this clinic, I bought sessions for the face, armpits, full legs and bikini. The only area where results have been seen is in the armpits and you should see my legs, they left me strips of hair (I have Quite a lot) if the laser didn't really work on me, my hair would continue to grow evenly, but no! They do very bad practices and I already told the girls there and even on Facebook and they said they would contact me, it's been a month and not even their lights. Don't waste your money, it's not worth going there.

But as I went I realized that the service is terrible, starting with the girls who perform it for you, badly faced all the time, a lack of control with the handling of their agenda, they super assure you that the procedure does not hurt and if it hurts, there will be some that more others than less, but it is annoying and they do not specify it for you. There are several girls who work there who do not even know who they are serving. I accepted that they did not give me a refund for two sessions that they owed me that I canceled in advance, they wanted to replace one, which I did not go because they did not remind me of the day I would go, since I changed my phone and they did not bother to do it. I understand that they have a lot of people and it's not easy to control dating, but I think that a place like the one they offer, they should do it, because it suits them, it's money. I sent them a message and they told me very rudely that they couldn't return that session to me, so I would like to know where I can file a complaint against this place that is so lousy in every way because it didn't do me any good or I saw changes as they tell you. Giving them money is not fair to me and even less so for what they offer.

The attention a few years ago was good, now I see some deficiencies, the day I went there they didn't even have a gown to lend me since I was wearing a dress that had sleeves and the area to shave was the armpits so I had to take off the dress and stay in underwear and half cover myself with the dress. And the lady who attended me left me like this naked during the session. Today the bathroom wasn't working because they didn't have water, besides it doesn't have soap, or a towel to dry your hands and sometimes even no paper.

I had not had experience in waxing places, they use the same method as in Depilité (candela) but with much better service, if it is a place that I recommend since they do not charge penalties for cancellation of an appointment. At first it hurts but over time the sessions are not so painful, I bought my promotional package and they gave me 11 waxing sessions which I thought was very good because my hair is thick. If you have questions, they will solve it for you without a problem, they all take care of you but I especially recommend Rosy, she took care of me very well in each session, clarified doubts and made me the best recommendations. I can give you her phone number so that she can attend to them directly, because the times she did not attend to me, it was not the same treatment with other girls, and with her you feel very confident. I will definitely buy another waxing pack again.
