I brought my wife's mac book here, after iSHop tried to scam her for $16,000 pesos. i-shop did a "diagnostic" of her computer and said she needed her battery and touch ID and "top case" replaced, after I only brought it in to have her display replaced. I immediately knew this was a scam. I contacted Apple and they were no help, but then I found Avante. They are an AUTHORIZED repair center by Apple! They are not a third party repair shop, which often at times are completely useless. I was greeted by the guys at Avante and just by speaking to them for 2 minutes, I knew I was in good hands. Honest, fast and SUPER NICE people. They scanned my computer and as expected, nothing was wrong with it and I-SHOP tried to pull a scam on me, an expensive scam. They took 6 days to order the part and replace it. No messing around here. Just a good shop with people that know what they're doing. Merida needs to know about Avante so everybody can avoid the scammers at ISHOP! Thank you Avante! No respetan los precios publicados en Apple, cobran más de lo que Apple México informa que cobrarán.

Posiblemente uno de los mejores servicios técnicos Apple en Mérida. Soy cliente desde hace 4 años y nunca me han dejado mal. Eso sí, cobran bien pero son honestos y, parecería una nimiedad, no se roban piezas, algo que tuve que pasar en Plaza de la Tecnología varias veces. Lo “barato”, sale caro. Me gusta que usan un sistema de citas además de avisarte por mensajería el estatus de tu equipo; preguntan si deseas realizar la reparación y/o la compra de la pieza. Si tienes problemas con tu Apple device, este es tu lugar.

They fixed my broken screen and I thought they did a great job until I realized that my brand new Macbook Pro with M1 chip and extra memory is malfunctioning and I spent my entire savings on this laptop for work! Since the "repair" my bluetooth is completely non functional. They seemed to know what they were doing but this is ridiculous and they aren't responsive to my communications. I was in Merida on a trip from Playa del Carmen and broke my computer screen. They are nice guys, but they "fixed" my computer and since then the bluetooth "rejects connection" on every device I have tried to pair. I work remotely from my laptop and my livelihood is affected by not being able to use my headphones for meetings or a mouse for a 12 hour day of designing. AND they charged me $100 USD to give me my machine back without checking that all the aspects were functional. Not sure what to do since its 8 hours round trip and I don't have a car and a 40-60 hour a week job. Apple said I can ship it to them and not have a computer for 2 weeks. I would take your compute help me to fix this problem.
