Se mandaron fabricar dos sillones los cuales no entregaron en la fecha indicada y venían con las patas mal niveladas y sin ajustar, las perforaciones en la base para ocultar las mangueras tampoco fue como las solicitamos y sus remiendos dejaron mucho que desear. El tapizado tampoco queda adherido al cuerpo del sillón y eso no es aceptable. El vendedor llamado Heber que nos atendió en este caso, no da respuesta ni seguimiento a los problemas, solo se pasan la culpa de unos a otros y no se hacen cargo de sus errores. El teléfono no lo responden e ignoran los mensajes para dar atención a tiempo, tampoco la tienda abre en sus horarios marcados. Busquen gente que responda por su trabajo y sea profesional en su trato y seguimiento post venta, no se arriesguen a perder su inversión aquí.

The seller named Heber who attended us in this case, does not respond or follow up on the problems, they only pass the blame on to each other and do not take responsibility for their mistakes. They do not answer the phone and ignore the messages to give attention on time, nor does the store open at its scheduled times. Look for people who vouch for their work and are professional in their post-sale treatment and follow-up, don't risk losing your investment here.
