Hace 3 meses intentaron entregarme una sala comprada hace más de 1 año y NO era la sala que yo había pedido.
Tuvieron que mandarla fabricar de nuevo con un tiempo de entrega de más de 2 meses.
Los llamo y no dan información y me dicen que YO soy la que debo insistir con el Gerente porque los empleados NO pueden pasar mis mensajes y de otra forma el gerente no hará caso.
Cuando me entregaran mi sala????
Terrible customer service.
3 months ago they tried to deliver me a room bought more than 1 year ago and it was NOT the room I had asked for.
They had to have it manufactured again with a delivery time of more than 2 months.
I call them and they do not give information and they tell me that I am the one who should insist with the Manager because the employees can NOT pass my messages and otherwise the manager will not pay attention.
When will my room be delivered ????

Good assortment only the attention is not adequate, I went to buy chairs and a room nobody attended me after spending a good time inside the store.
