★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO, vi la promoción para efecto de color por lo que pedi una cita. Desde que llegue la encargada ( creo que se llama Mariana) se porto sumamente grosera y no exagero era de no creerse. Me hizo una prueba de color mientras le decía a las otras compañeras que ni iba a decolorar. Tenían otra clienta y cuando se fue hablaban pésimo de ella justificando su mal trabajo.
Ella se estaba haciendo un tratamiento de keratina en hora de trabajo, ademas de tratar muy mal a su compañera ( la que le ayudaba a limpiar)
Pregunte por el dueño y me dijeron que casi no viene y de verdad se nota. Que triste que no cuiden un negocio porque no es suyo.
PESIMO SERVICE, I saw the promotion for color effect so I asked for an appointment. Since the arrival of the person in charge (I think her name is Mariana) she has been extremely rude and I am not exaggerating if she didn't believe herself. I did a color test while telling the other classmates that I was not going to discolor. They had another client and when she left they talked badly about her justifying her bad work.
She was getting a keratin treatment at work time, in addition to treating her partner very badly (the one that helped her clean up)
Ask for the owner and they told me that it almost doesn't come and it really shows. How sad that they don't take care of a business because it's not theirs.
