★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablé para solicitar informes y me contestó una mujer, quien dijo llamarse Claudia, de inmediato me alzó la voz diciendo "¡que se le ofrece!", "¡qué quiere!" ofrecer servicios de mantenimiento de parque vehicular, le dije. "¡No nos interesa, soy la asistente del Director y a él tampoco le interesa!". Desagradable y sin educación la tal asistente (por el tono de voz más me pareció hablar a un estanquillo de colonia popular). ¿Así serán todos de pelados en esta empresa?
I spoke to request reports and a woman answered me, who said her name was Claudia, she immediately raised her voice saying "what's on offer!", "What does she want!" offer vehicle park maintenance services, I said. "We are not interested, I am the assistant to the Director and he is not interested either!" Such assistant was unpleasant and uneducated (from the tone of her voice I seemed to speak to a popular colony stall). Is this how everyone will be peeled in this company?

Cada vez q requerimos de su apoyo/ soporte para una aplicación que nos vendieron, nos dicen que tenemos que pagar para que nos puedan ayudar.
En alguna ocasión con una urgencia para actualizar mi sistema de facturación a la nueva versión del SAT, primero querían cobrar un precio extremadamente alto y al final simplemente me negaro darme el servicio dejándome con un verdadero problema
The treatment they have given my company has been simply dismissive and rude.
Every time we require their support / support for an application that they sold us, they tell us that we have to pay so that they can help us.
On some occasion with an urgency to update my billing system to the new version of the SAT, first they wanted to charge an extremely high price and in the end I simply refused to give the service leaving me with a real problem
