After the next day, I requested the invoice for the tax deduction, so they told me that the Invoice is not Possible because they themselves invoice the services on that same day, this means that they DO NOT GIVE ANY ACCESSIBILITY FOR THE BILLING. It is a shame that this institution does not bill the day after a procedure. There are cheaper hospitals with up to 7 days of accessibility for the issuance of invoices and how this institution only gives 1 day. It is a shame and an abuse of this hospital. I will not return to this hospital in my life.

My family and I spent 30 minutes waiting for an elevator. Unbelievable that a medical facility almost 20 stories high does not repair its elevators and only has 2 working. I had to walk down from the 17th floor for my pregnant wife and 2-year-old son to wait for an elevator because due to a pandemic, only 5 people are allowed at a time and they were always full. They made me have a rather uncomfortable time and from what other customers told me, the elevators have already been out of order for weeks. I do not stop going just because the gynecologist attends excellent, other than that I would not recommend them.

Terrible medical center !!! It is said a cutting-edge hospital and not even close to being it. -In time of COVID they say that 2m of healthy distance and the elevators are 2m2 and it says 5 people !!! It is unheard of, there is not even .5m of distance with 4 people. -Some nurses without mouth covers and you comment on them and they get upset. -It does not have an ATM and if you do not bring cash they tell you to go to an ATM walking or to the next hospital where they do have an ATM. -Parking places up to level -3, because they are all for the doctors (first the customer hahaha) -Seats inside the rooms for companions (floor 4) very bad. -Lousy internet -TV no signal.

The attention of the oncologist Dr. Sergio Treviño was first class. 10 chemotherapy sessions and everything is fine. The facilities are very comfortable and clean.
