Está bien. Es rápido y cómodo viajar con ellos, aunque es algo caro y con cualquier inconveniente te quieren sacar dinero en los mostradores.

PESIMA EXPERIENCIA!!! Al parecer sobrevendieron el vuelo y solamente estaban buscando pretextos para dejar fuera a quien pudieran . Comenzaron a pedir más requisitos no declarados en su página a la segunda parte de la fila La supervisora -Emily Alba - grosera , regañando , y demoraron la documentación a propósito dijeron vuelo cerrado y dejaron hablando sola a la amiga de mi hija Son una mafia No deberian más trabajar en México. Hacen perder los vuelos No reembolsan Trato horrible Con la fecha de hoy estamos esperando nuestro reembolso . En mostrador la aerolínea nos puso mil diaficultades teniendo los documentos Y ahora quieren que arreglemos con despegar Son horribles Si hubiera leido antes las opiniones no estaria pasando por esto. Que se vayan de México ??
AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Apparently they oversold the flight and were only looking for excuses to leave out whoever they could. They began to ask for more requirements not declared on their page to the second part of the row The supervisor -Emily Alba- rude, scolding, and delayed the documentation on purpose said flight closed and left my daughter's friend talking alone They are a mafia They should not work in Mexico anymore. They make you miss flights They do not reimburse Horrible treatment With today's date we are waiting for our reimbursement. At the counter the airline gave us a thousand difficulties having the documents And now they want us to fix it with take off They are horrible If I had read the opinions before I would not be going through this. Let them leave Mexico ??

They ruined our Central America trip. we wanted to leave our destination by bus, traveling through the other countries. They forced us to buy flights out of the destination country at the check in counter. we lost all flexibility and the possibility to see more countries. When i succeeded the booking they did not even really check the booking.

Want to Sincerely thank the Gentlemen and Lady staffers who helped us on 08/02/2021. After missing a flight with AA who were to say the least a complete disaster zone and unable to help us for 3 days!!! I was able to book a flight With this gem of an Airline! I have never heard of it before. I was a bit apprehensive about going from Mexico to San Salvador in order to arrive In Newark New Jersey faster then all local USA based carriers!!!! This sounds way too good to be true. Avianca was the only silver lining of a series of unfortunate events while @ this airport and made getting us home a breeze. These two staffers were so well informed and instead of with holding helpful information ( which tends to be just 1 of 1000000 reasons I hate MEX INTERNATIONAL) they helped us avoid unnecessary complications in San Salvador by pre printing our boarding passes w/ connecting flight on United. They could have just sent us on our way and we being tired and exhausted would have just fallen into a bigger mess. However no they insisted we wait until they problem solved because for some reason United had closed there kiosk @ 330pm with out even one person to answer questions( Typical Random MEX INTR). They were the only two people in that entire establishment who had it together! And that’s not the end the flight was fabulous. flight attendants super friendly but more importantly worked as a team! I know all the line forming for every reason under the sun just seems to go hand in Mexico and as an American can get old . However I loved Aviancas way of getting passengers to leave the plane. They let rows 1-5 only the right side leave then the left and so on. This made for smooth organized non stressful exit of a plane! Seats were more comfortable then normal or was it just the great energy being sprayed in the air by this well oiled machine. I have not read other reviews about this airline I see the marks were not to hot but if this team at Avianca could turn this Jungle of an airport into a shining beacon of hope in a very dark moment … I think it is worth a try?????
