★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 7500 USD in this airline, when I went to the airport Avianca did not allow me to do it. After that their employees informed that I can change my flight date, when I called the Call Center they informed me that I lost my money. I will not allow to any one to still my money. I need my money back.

After all of our e-mails got unanswered, after many failed Whatsapp texting and calling attempts, we decided to come here to finally talk to an Avianca staff member in person. After waiting for more than 2h outside in a queue without any information given to any of us, 10 minutes before closing time it was the first and only time an usher representing Avianca came to tell us none of us would be helped out and that we had to come back another day. The reason he gave was that there was only one employee there and that's why it had taken so long... Well that was new information to us, but he had known the whole time. So when then letting us queue??? Rediculous that he let us wait there for hours when he clearly knew no one would help us in the end... WASTE OF TIME!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They completely ripped us off! They stole 4.197.760 COP = 1.129 US dollars from us under the false pretence Avianca would give us a full refund. They have been ignoring all our attemps to get our money back!!!!!!! Ladrones!!!!!! We want our refund ASAP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst airline and service ever. I spent a dozen hours on the phone trying to make a small change to my ticket. They told me they made the change. When I got to the flight, they would not let me on or refund my ticket. Only use this airline if you like horrible customer service and want to lose your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they confirmed my ticket & sent me the eticket via email only to cancel on my the next day after i already purchased accommodation & travel insurance. their 1-800 hotline reroutes to different companies. they wouldn't answer my inquires via social media. it was a huge waste of time. never book directly with them. if you have to, go with a 3rd party like cheapoair. at least you can then chat and/or get someone on the phone if you have a problem.
