★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat little bird experience all interconnected by swinging bridges and built a-top the little shopping area for the Costa Maya cruise port. Super inexpensive and uncrowded during my visit, would definitely check it out again if I was back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though it's right in the middle of the tourist trap port-side stores, it was a really fun experience that won't break the bank. The kids absolutely loved it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful experience. So worth it. The birds come straight to your hands. Beautiful for pictures. You also get a great view while walking across the bridges. The little blue birds do try to steel your little cup of seeds, so hold it tight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our expectations weren't high visiting here so we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. You cross a series of swinging bridges that overlook the swimming pool and the dolphin pool, with some nice views. The bridges connect rooms (about 7-8) that have beautiful birds you can feed (a cup of seeds is provided at the start). In one room the birds were uninterested in the seeds but in every other room birds would fly over and eat out of your hand or cup, often sitting on your hand or arm. In one of the last rooms a bird managed to take an entire seed cup out of one of our hands, much to the amusement of our groups. Two of our party got little nips on their fingers while feeding the birds. It's not a crowded experience - there were two other groups when we went, and you can go at your own pace. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone that is interested in birds and okay with seeing them in captivity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is 100 percent worth it just for the views of the water! We almost passed it up but it was only $12/person and it was the best thing we did on our visit. Most of the birds were very friendly and chirping and active and the views at every location were just gorgeous. I cannot recommend this more.
Be aware that there are a lot of high rope bridges that you see in my photos. Some are enclosed in netting but not all are so if you're afraid of heights this isn't for you as there's no going down after you've gone across. I also think managing to get small children across would be quite difficult so I recommend perhaps waiting until the kids are school age at the very least. The lady working was very helpful and could answer any questions I'm sure.
