Hice una reserva en línea y al recoger el carro dicen que no aceptan mi licencia permanente emitida por el gobierno Ciudad de México porque tiene fondo rosa.
Cómo quieren que yo controle eso? Además en el sitio web no menciona nada sobre esto.
Voy a levantar mi denuncia en PROFECO por discriminación porque si no aceptan licencias de mexicanos entonces si servicio está enfocado exclusivamente a extranjeros.
Y lo peor es que el rembolsó me tarda 30 días, cuando ni siquiera me dieron el servicio.

I made a reservation online and when I pick up the car they say that they do not accept my permanent license issued by the Mexico City government because it has a pink background.
How do you want me to control that? Also on the website it doesn't mention anything about this.
I am going to file my complaint with PROFECO for discrimination because if they do not accept Mexican licenses, then their service is focused exclusively on foreigners.
And the worst thing is that the refund took me 30 days, when they didn't even give me the service.
