Acudí hoy al lugar para concretar mi renta, y no me lo permitieron. La persona que atiende perdida e incompetente. Tuve que ser insistente porque lo único que me decía era "sus documentos no lo permiten". Finalmente me dio como motivo que la frma de mi INE no coincidía con la de la licencia de manejo y la tarjeta de crédito. Es la.primera vez que me dicen este argumento para no brindarme un servicio y llevo cinco años usando estos mismos documentos para todo tipo de trámites. Pregunté a la persona que atendía si podía presentar pasaporte o algo un otro documento, para concretar mi renta, a lo que respondió que no, que jamás podré rentar con ellos porque ya tienen registrado que mi INE no coincide... Son unos incompetentes, de más está mencionar que arruinan los planes de las personas por pensar que será un tramite lógico y objetivo. Find another agency, they are not worth it.
