Nunca recibí comprobante del total de mi renta en mostrador y en la pagina nunca estuvo disponible.
Venia decepcionado de Hertz y me encontre con un servicio peor
 Terrible attention from staff at the counter for attending most of them personal calls for a long time.
I never received proof of the total of my rent at the counter and on the page it was never available.
I was disappointed in Hertz and I found a worse service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not rent a vehicle here. The only thing you will get from them is horrible customer service. I made a reservation online, was paid in full months before and after arriving there, they were not able to give me the rental car. I will never consider renting a vehicle from Avis again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. The receptionist was not educated on what a passport is. I paid everything in advance and she would not issue a car because of "the computer". She was shown the reservation number, the confirmation number, receipt of payment, driver license, passport, credit card for deposit... Nope, still not enough for this girl's computer.
I will never use this company again... ever.
The lady kept calling her manager because she obviously had limited knowledge on how to use their computer system. Needless to say after 45 minutes of almost arguing, I went right next door to Enterprise and rented a car within 10 minutes.
It is interesting how an ignorant employee will give you a bitter start to your vacation and a bad reputation which unfortunately Mexico is known for. She is representing this very succesfully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Worst place to rent a car from. I had reservation prepaid and front desk uneducated woman did not give a car. Neither a refund. She just kept coming up with excuses not to give me the car. charged me $2,000 for deposit only and many other charges. at the end she said she still wasn't able to give me the car. Avoid this place. Wort service ever!!!
