★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. The server was down, it took forever for them to find our reservation and they were not accommodating. I will never rent a car from here again and I would never recommend anybody use them. Not professional and have zero respect of your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pick up was seamless, which was unexpected for Mexico. They didn't even ask to see my CDW letter of coverage. I had no issues with the car. Price was reasonable. Would recommend over an airport rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! I rented an AVIS van at the Hilton hotel in Mexico City a couple of weeks ago, and the representative (I wish I could remember her name) who helped was excellent. She worked with me very closely to ensure everything about my rental went according to plan -- everything from insurance the contract to how to pick up & drop off the van. She didn't try to upsell and seemed super transparent and honest – the whole interaction was smooth and lasted less than an hour. The van itself was new, with a back-up camera, and iOS CarPlay. Great experience overall!
