★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, y aparte de que no respetan ni se responsabiliza por la reservación sus empleados mentirosos y burlones. Aparte mi vehículo con 10 días de anticipación y el día que tenía que recoger el vehículo resulta que no lo tienen.
Terrible service, and apart from that respect neither responsible for booking their employees liars and scoffers. I set my vehicle aside 10 days in advance and the day I had to pick up the vehicle it turns out that they don't have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to get a quote for a 3-4 day rental, I asked the guy for a quote without their insurance because my credit card covers rental insurance, I don't know why but this made him upset and replied in a quick and rude fashion saying that they don't offer rentals without insurance. So I asked about renting for 4 days and I believe I had low service it was cutting off and he replied in rude tone to clarify and state clearly the requested dates. In a very rude tone! There's no need to treat a customer like that! I'm giving two stars because I called back and was greeted by a very friendly lady that did give us the quote we wanted without insurance. She was friendly all the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to replace our original rented car from a different AVIS due to vandalism. This location was very quick to receive our original car and replace it with a clean new one and charged only for the remaining days of our original contract. Not once did they try to offer us additional services that weren't needed. If anything they apologized for the vandalism done to the car. I will definitely rent from them again and definitely recommend them to anyone coming from the states. Muchas Gracias AVIS y Muchas Gracias Carmen Aguilar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely accommodating & friendly! Not to mention honest. We forgot our camera in the glove compartment and called immediately the next morning, the gentleman assured us he would hold it for us until someone could pick it up. We had no problems getting our camera back. We would definitely rent from them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a unreliable service. We called 1 day before if the do have a car to rent. They assured us there is going to be one but we have to be there at 8 am. We arrived there on time for picking up the car. However there was no car. The guy told us they maybe get one at 9 am but it's not certain.
Since we made plans for meeting people we had to go to an other company.
In the end Avis Renta de Autos just wasted our holiday time and money for taxis!
