★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proporcionan información precisa sobre lo que se necesita para rentar un auto; sin embargo, considero que el personal debería conocer la flota de autos que manejan. Por ejemplo, me ofrecieron un auto y al preguntar qué tipo de motor tenía (si era naturalmente aspirado o turbo, de cuántos centímetros cúbicos es, etc), no me supieron dar información. Aunque pudiera ser irrelevante, a mí me importaba para saber los consumos de gasolina de ese vehículo.
Fuera de, el personal es amable.
They provide accurate information on what is needed to rent a car; however, I believe that the staff should know the fleet of cars they drive. For example, they offered me a car and when I asked what type of engine it had (if it was naturally aspirated or turbo, how many cubic centimeters is it, etc), they couldn't give me any information. Although it could be irrelevant, it was important to me to know the gasoline consumption of that vehicle.
Outside, the staff is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent a car with them. You book and pay a car online with the insurances of your choice but when at the counter they blackmail you. They ask you to take an insurance or to pay a US$2,000 deposit if you refuse. WE DO NOT RECOMMAND at all
