He has gone out of his way to make my family´s experience seamless during the past 3 rentals I´ve made in the past 3 months. If thinking about renting a car in Santa Fe make sure to consider Avis and Manuel as your first options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always had a good experience until now. I always rent with Avis but at the first time that I had a problem and needed to cancel (days in advance) they simply did not refund me anything! Avis have just lost a client forever!
Update: After insisting and complaining here, they have refunded me.
