★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos autos a buenos precios. Atención amable y rápida. Si no sueles rentar autos te recomiendo investigar sus políticas previamente y revises si tus tarjetas de crédito cuentan con cobertura de autos rentados para que puedas ahorrar mucho dinero.
 Good cars at good prices. Friendly and fast attention. If you do not usually rent cars, I recommend you investigate their policies beforehand and check if your credit cards have rental car coverage so you can save a lot of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miguel (l’homme qui nous a servis ) nous a demander de mettre du gaz dans la voiture (non sécuriser) et il nous repayerais après .nous avons 600 pesos (environ 78 us) plus tôt mon père dit a l’homme qu la voiture n’étais pas sécurisé Miguel répond sortez du véhicule et on vous donne l’argent! Mon père a refuser puisque nous ne voulions pas ralentir le groupe!on reviens à l’endroit qui nous avais dit il demande de sortir du véhicule et demande les factures en donnant le permis de mon père! Mon père attend pour son reçu mais 3 homme quitte avec les voitures et Miguel vient pour quitter quand mon père lui demande de lui donner mon argent l’homme refuse ,à belle mère lui parle et il l’ignore elle l’entend dire à son ami “puta” nous avons quitte l’endroit avec peur que l’homme nous attaque pour 600 pesos
Miguel (the man who served us) asked us to put gas in the car (not secure) and we repayerais after .we 600 pesos (about 78 us) earlier my father told the man that the car was not secure Miguel answers out of the vehicle and give you money! My father refused because we did not want to slow down the group! We return to the place that told us he asked to exit the vehicle and request invoices giving the license of my father! My father is waiting for her but received 3 man leaves with cars and Miguel has to leave when my father asked him to give him my money man refuses to beautiful mother speak to him and he ignores it hears his friend "puta" we left the place with fear that man attack us for 600 pesos

El día 5 de Marzo reservé una camioneta para el 7 de Marzo a las 10:30 am y devolverla alas 17:30 (solo para esas horas porque el crucero solo estaría ese tiempo) Sin embargo cuando llegamos a las oficinas no estaba la camioneta y el Sr Benjamin con toda la desfachatez me dijo que no estaba la camioneta y que no la tenían porque no la habían devuelto, le dije que que podía hacer? Que tenian que haberme avisado para esto ya eran las 12:30, y me dijo que si quería podía cancelar.
Imagínense que seriedad de esta Empresa que la elegimos por reconocida.
Finalmente nos dieron 2vehiculos pequeños
Y tuvimos que gastar doble gasolina y la pérdida de un tiempo no recuperado.
Sinceramente no la recomiendo, de verdad que impotencia y que coraje!
Terrible service!
On March 5, I booked a van for March 7 at 10:30 a.m. and returned it at 5:30 p.m. (only for those hours because the cruise would only be that time) However, when we arrived at the offices there was no van and Mr. Benjamin with all the carelessness told me that the truck was not there and that they did not have it because they had not returned it, I told him what could I do? That they should have let me know for this it was already 12:30, and he told me that if he wanted to, he could cancel.
Imagine how serious this Company is that we chose it as recognized.
They finally gave us 2 small vehicles
And we had to spend double gasoline and the loss of time not recovered.
I honestly do not recommend it, really that helplessness and courage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't rent here if you can help it. It is just a booth on the pier. It takes forever to get the car. They have to send the car from somewhere else and drive it here once it is rented. You return in a different location like Puerto Maya since there is no parking lot here. It took about an hour to rent the car. We were the only ones there. Not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had good experience with Avis at Cozumel. I rented a car for 5 days at Cozumel. I got a car at wharf location and returned at Airport. The renting process was very easy. I paid only basic rates online, nothing more. Nobody asked me to pay more. The car was good. Returning was very easy. Avis office is located inside terminal. Very convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in for a rental (no reservation) to drive around the island. Didn't get scammed when renting, or when filling up the gas later.
I'd recommend going with full insurance 0 deductable.
The car dropoff is at Cozumel airport (easy) and someone will drive you back to the ferry terminal.
When filling up gas (we used Pemex), tell the person working how many litres of gas you want, ask how much it'll be, do the math yourself too, then let them go ahead. When handing them cash, call out each note you hand them so they can't say you didn't give them enough. This should take care of any possible scam attempt.
