Nos recomendaron todo que necesitábamos saber y respondieron a todas nuestras preguntas al respecto de las rutas a Seguir, peajes en el camino, costos y formas de pago de los mismos. Todo excelente. All very well. Excellent attention from David and Jose. They gave us a 0km. He walked flawlessly. They recommended us everything we needed to know and answered all our questions regarding the routes to follow, tolls along the way, costs and forms of payment thereof. Everything excellent.

Recomiendo realizar prepago con anticipación en el sitio web ya que si intentan rentar a última hora puede que terminen pagando una fortuna. The attitude of the person who attended me was not exactly the best but the car and the price were excellent. I recommend prepaying in advance on the website since if you try to rent at the last minute you may end up paying a fortune.

Decidí apartarlo mejor en el 01800 resultó mejor porque es mucho más barato pero al llegar a recoger el auto nos tardaron 1 hora y eso que ya estaba la reservación. Su sistema y su proceso es muy lento. Aun así es lo menos peor en Cancún I went 3 times and the boy was always busy. I decided to set it aside better in 01800 it was better because it is much cheaper but when we got to pick up the car it took us 1 hour and the reservation was already there. Your system and its process is very slow. Still it is the least worst in Cancun

D	Devyn Blackstone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Avis is inside the Sands Hotel. Incredibly hard to find and figure out. The Avis desk is in the very back of the hotel and the only way to get to it is by asking the hotel staff to call the Avis employee and you wait for them to come get you. Once we figured out where the Avis was, everything from there went pretty smoothly. They do try to push their insurance coverage on you (it cost us an additional $45 for a one day rental) but we decided just to go with it since it’s Mexico. The gentleman ended up including a personal WiFi with that price so I just said OK. If you don’t want the extra coverage just tell them and they will put a hefty sum on your card instead.

m	mats van der Mark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car with Avis. The dreams Sands Cancun resort is just a pick up point. The hotel only let’s you in when you’re a guest of the hotel. We weren’t so we had to wait in front of the hotel gates (the guard allowed it) You need to call the local Avis office and they will send someone with the car. Once Avis was there they were very helpful and friendly and we were on our way within 20 mins ??
