★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me quisieron entregar el vehículo que pagué por internet porque no permití que guardaran el código de seguridad de mi tarjeta de crédito. Es la primer vez que me obligan a dar mi código de seguridad en una sucursal de Avis. Se supone que esto es ILEGAL.
They did not want to give me the vehicle that I paid for online because I did not allow them to save the security code of my credit card. This is the first time that I have been forced to give my security code at an Avis branch. This is supposed to be ILLEGAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They, Did not give me the car I paid off at full online with full coverage. I didn't bring a credit card on vacations, only brought my debit cards and even though I paid in full they declined to give me my car even though it had full coverage because I couldn't buy their additional coverage. Right now I'm still trying to get my money back. Their service was horrible and their clerks did not seem to know what they were doing. Never renting from them ever again. Here i am in Hermosillo for vacations with no car. Thanks to Avis
