Avis Renta de Autos - 72020 Puebla

Fácil y rapido adquirir y entregar el auto, están en muy buenas condiciones. Sin cargos extra.

Extraordinario servicio. La atención que da la chica es súper amable y genera confianza, la verdad una felicitación. Los dos automóviles que he rentado han sido extraordinarios (prácticamente nuevos), las tarifas prepagando excelentes. Lo único que les falta es tener más sucursales en Puebla, por angelopolis estaría muy bien ?

Con cobros engañosos. Atención pésima. Muy groseros y cuando uno llega, piden depósitos exorbitantes. Nada recomendable

1st car no brakes and they took 4ever to gave us the car. 2nd car transmission is not right!!!

It's ok but better prices in other car rentals

A great place to rent a car, very good structure and staff. Sometimes it's better to use first the website and take a discount.

My husband & I arrived in Puebla from NYC August 24, for a brief visit with family. I told my husband let's go to a well known rental spot and I chose Avis. We arrived and requested a car. The man on duty that morning requested a driver's license and credit card which my husband had. My husband has a license that is still current from Puebla we thought it be best to use his for the transaction. My husband gave him what he requested but he said it wasn't valid. Here is where the lack of current knowledge takes place from this establishment; the man at the desk states he needed a credit card and a passport. My spanish isn't always on point so I unfortunately have to talk to my husband in both English & spanish I told him he shouldn't use his credit card because his card would charge him foreign exchange fees but that we could use mine because my card covered those types of fees. We decided I'd use my information The man at the desk needed my drivers license (New Jersey drivers License), my passport and a credit card; I had all those items for him only for him to say that my credit card was missing a valid logo??? It's a mastercard card from Barclay but the logo on it states jetblue because when I travel it saves me on foreign fees and covers any extenuating financial circumstances. To this gentleman that credit card was no good. It needed to have a certain logo that validates the credit card to be true. He thought it was a form of debit card. I showed him another card a visa debit that stated debit card to show him what a debit card was. Still no good. Then I showed him my other credit card issued by USAA a MasterCard that had a military logo because I was in the military but is a credit card. All credit cards have chips. Still no good. Clearly the gentleman and young lady who jumped in to "assist" on duty need more training to be current with credit cards from the United states. I told them I doubt they know what logo they are looking for since they couldn't explain it themselves. I showed them three different credit cards. Perhaps we were being profiled because I spoke on occasion to my husband in English. Whatever it was the two Avis rep on duty that morning had no knowledge of what a valid credit card with logos are. Maybe they could of called the credit card company's to validate us who knows they weren't knowldegable. This is the longest review ever for me. Total disappointment with this place. Go somewhere else. We did.
