El proceso para la entrega y devolución del auto es sumamente tardado. Eviten los servicios de este proveedor a menos que tengan mucha paciencia y un par de horas que perder.

rente un carro con esta empresa al entregarmelo todo parecia bien , pero el empleado no anoto todos los defectos del carro , al entregarlo el dia acordado resulto que yo debia de pagar por un defecto el cual ya tenia desde el dia que me lo entregaron, pesimo servicio y atención de sus empleados , con esto desacredito a toda esa empresa, NO RENTEN CARROS AHI ES UN ROBO
I rented a car with this company when I delivered everything seemed fine, but the employee did not write down all the defects of the car, when I delivered it on the agreed day it turned out that I had to pay for a defect which I already had from the day they delivered it, very bad service and attention of their employees, with this I discredit the entire company, DO NOT RENT CARS THERE IS A THEFT

Rentamos una mini van durante Semana Santa y al revisarla, estaba sucia, le faltaba aceite al motor (1 lt), también le faltaba anticongelante. En fin, nos entregaron una camioneta en malas condiciones. Debo mencionar que la gente que me atendió fue muy amable.
We rented a mini van during Easter and when checking it, it was dirty, it lacked engine oil (1 lt), it also lacked antifreeze. Anyway, they gave us a van in bad conditions. I should mention that the people who treated me were very kind.

Es increíblemente retrograda que me hayan negado el servicio por sus “políticas” en las que no se puede pagar el depósito con otra tarjeta de crédito que no sea de quien va a manejar, ni pagarlo en efectivo, ni tampoco cobrarlo de la tarjeta de débito! Total estupidez!

Al momento que devolví el auto, tuve una mala experiencia donde para empezar, no había nadie en el mostrador (llegó alguien después de 30 min), la persona no sabía utilizar una terminal bancaria para cobrar y lo hizo mal. Me hizo un cargo por 8 mil pesos cuando debía de ser de 2 mil pesos. No me respondieron a la brevedad. por lo que ese cargo, obviamente no me devolvieron inmediato sino hasta despues de 30 días hábiles. No hubo ninguna compensación ni seguimiento de su parte, ni por parte del gerente a pesar de que llamaba constantemente para ver mi aclaración. Desgraciadamente no pude quedarme en sitio porque mi vuelo estaba por salir. Mala experiencia, tomenlo en cuenta porque a otras personas les ha pasado algo similar y no se dan cuenta hasta que llega su estado de cuenta.
