★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala la experiencia en el mostrador debido al pésimo servicio por parte de una de las personas que me atendió, aunque posteriormente la Gerente Erika Ayala, me ofreció un muy buen servicio.
 The experience at the counter was very bad due to the terrible service from one of the people who attended me, although later the Manager Erika Ayala, offered me a very good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. I like Avis but the service at the aguascalientes airport branch is really bad. Sloppy, slow personnel works there. One person does everything: check reservation, process return, bring your car, inspect it, etc. So if you're the fifth person waiting on the line, you might be waiting for at least an hour before start the check in process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Getting the car on arrival takes forever, staff asks for addresses, emails and phone numbers over and over. When returning before 6am, nothing is labeled, not the return area or key drop off procedure. Counter is closed. So, when you drop off the car, park it in the parking lot outside and drop the key through the gate at the Avis counter. Staff at the airport has no idea either. Budget Rental agent, who gets there at 5am, was most helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really Bad Service. Lady at the counter was extremely rude and refused to assist me with the problem. I rented a vehicle thru a third party that volaris provided Carcrawler. Once receptionist knew that rental was thru third party she became really rude. First she declined to accept my visa credit card from Citi bank(Costco) because it was departamental. She didn't even want to swipe to card to prove to me that there machine wouldn't accept it. The only way she would accept it was if I paid full in insurance coverage on the car which accumulated to $500+ ridiculous price when my rental was only $216. Will not be using this rental company again. Bad customer Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD OPTION AND SERVICE USE THRIFTY . I made a reservation through Expedia and I was sure to get a specific price. I arrived and the lady at the counter tried to charge me 300 dlls for insurance for 3 days ! The total from Expedia was 230 and the tried to charge me 630 dlls with their insurance. They did not want to provide me with any additional details and they said to call expedia and tell them I wanted to cancel cause I did not qualify. Absolutely the worst customer service. They are bandits here, also it looks like the lady from autocar know each other and they run the same similar scam ripping people off. No wonder people turn into narcos here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love using Avis and have for over a year but here its a joke.
Very bad service and they try to rip you off.
Avis app averaged to around 30 a week for economic rental. Once there they tried to add fees and insurances never mentioned before that they said were “mandatory”.
Rental went from around $200 to $2,700 USD!! (Could of just bought a car at that point).
This review is from my family trip last year (2019). Going there today (10/3/20), second and last chance i hope all turns out well. Maybe this review can be switched for a good one. Otherwise, if this review is still up you are better off going with another rental company.
