Very good service from the AVIS team, agile and simple process. The office is very small but meets what is necessary.

Poor service They do not have a service attitude. What happened was that I arrived with a reservation that they could not respect. The attendant immediately washed his hands saying that it was not his fault that he did not have a telephone system or telephone line and that he could not do anything, that I had to move to another branch. His attitude was arrogant and rude. I told him it was their responsibility to move me from the branch and he told me it was not. I contacted customer service who asked to speak with him and I heard how he was told why he did not give me another car (he said he had not been able to prepare because there was no system and that his phone was failing too), he was also told if he did not have a cell phone and he still justified that he did not know. They told him to take me to another office and he answered that he did not have anyone (because there was another boy at the time), you see that they told him to take me personally (anyway, as it was understood, it was as if the office was closed) and what he did was hang them. Then he told me that if I wanted to wait for someone to come to take me (the boy who was there before had left while talking on the phone) but it was going to take a long time because they were in the workshop (up to 2 hours), or he could move me. I left it and went alone to the other branch (which is crossing the city). I did not receive an apology from him for the lost time. I have never been treated so badly in any avis office and I am a frequent customer.

Terrible representation of Avis in Queretaro. They gave me a price online and I set it aside with my card. Speak before going to confirm and they said if there was a reservation. When I arrived there, they received me with the fact that the system did not process my payment and consequently they no longer had the car that had been set aside but they offered me another one more than the double that had seized it. I complained that because they did not tell me when I spoke on the phone less than an hour ago and with a very bad attitude, he said it was not his problem. After arguing with him he told me that the only car he could offer me was another and tripled the price that they gave me online and the one that he gave me when I got there. I demanded for his nerve to raise the price even more and he told me he had nothing to rent me. They lack professionalism, honesty and credibility.

Very good service from the staff of this branch, everything is perfect with them, BUT BE CAREFUL, since April 17 I have been requesting my invoice and until now they cannot send it, I have spoken to more than 4 telephone numbers and no one has been able to answer me . Just for that detail the baka rating.

By far the worst experience at Avis, I booked an SUV 1 month in advance, the day the vehicle was picked up, the boy told me that he did not have the reserved category and offered me (only option) a jetta but it will be damaged on the way to the agency by the preparer, so in rescue he offers me a toyota corolla (far from an SUV) from 2014 with 84,000 kms on the clock which must arrive from the other agency 30 minutes from here. The car arrives 45 minutes after our arrival at the agency, it is dented, scratched, impacts on the windshield and dirty. Nevertheless, the boy offers us in compensation 1 additional day of rental and gasoline on return (a big thank you for that). Being a preferred customer at the highest level in France, I hoped for an equivalent service. If the compensation offered is appreciated, the service was really not up to par.
